ラマン複合システム SEM ラマン

SEM-SCA at Bologna University レニショーは、長年培ってきたラマンマイクロスコープと、その優れた形状観察機能を持ったSEM(走査型電子顕微鏡) にEDS(エネルギー分散型Ｘ線分析装置)の元素分析機能を備えたSEM／EDSとを複合するためのSEM／EDS ラマンインターフェースを開発しました。これにより、装置間でサンプルを移動することなく、同一箇所での形態観察、化学構造分析、物理的構造分析、電気的構造分析、元素分析など、従来にはなかった多機能な分析を可能にします。

特長

一つの装置で同一箇所のSEM像観察とラマン分光による分析が可能
ある特定の位置を、SEMによる形状観察で簡単に特定でき、ラマン分光測定により、非破壊・非接触で、その特定位置を短時間で分子構造分析・同定分析が可能。
同一箇所のラマン分光による像観察とEDSによる分析が可能
ラマン分光のレーザープローブ用カメラにより、SEM像で特定した同一箇所の像観察、レーザースポットの確認、ラマン測定ができるだけでなく、EDS分析およびEDSマップが取得可能。
カソードルミネッセンス（CL）とフォトルミネッセンス（PL）分光
ラマン分光の集光光学系は、PLおよびCL分光にも対応可能。前者はラマンのレーザーを励起源とし、後者は SEM の電子ビームを励起源とします。それぞれの測定により、サンプルについての電子的、物理的情報が得られ、またCLは、構造や残留ひずみに対しての極わずかな変化にも優れた情報を提供することが可能。
