IlluminatIR2 FT-IR module on a Renishaw inVia Raman microscope ラマン複合システム FT-IR ラマンは、inViaラマンマイクロスコープにSmiths Detection社IlluminatIR II FT－IRを搭載した複合システムです。

この1台の装置で、同一測定箇所のラマン散乱光スペクトルと赤外吸収分光スペクトルの相補的な情報が得られます。 そのため、より多様な分析が可能となります（鑑識捜査における繊維分析等）。

また、Smiths Detection IlluminatIR II™ モジュールは、inVia ラマンマイクロスコープに簡単に搭載可能です。
